Golf Lesson Scheduling Policies
Scheduling & Payment
Schedule lessons through the website either at the time of payment or later. Payment is required before booking a lesson. To book a lesson:
Click "Book a Lesson"
Choose a lesson option
Enter personal details
Make payment
Select a date and time
If no suitable times are available, choose an alternate date. After booking, a confirmation email will be sent to both the student and Lortan Golf.
For multiple lessons, use the provided Booking Code to redeem:
Click "Book a Lesson"
Select "Redeem Coupon or Package"
Enter the code
Choose "Private Golf Instruction"
For urgent scheduling issues, contact via phone, email, or text (response times may vary due to teaching commitments).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Lessons cannot be rescheduled or canceled on the day of the lesson. No-shows or late cancellations are considered void, and rescheduling is not allowed.
Rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours before the lesson. Please reschedule as soon as possible to allow other students to book the slot. Weekend and late afternoon times are in high demand.
Inclement Weather
In case of rain or cold weather, students can choose whether to attend. To reschedule due to weather, contact Michael at (817) 583-3076 (phone/text). If no contact is made, the lesson proceeds as scheduled.
Course/Range Conditions
If facilities are closed due to weather or maintenance, students will be notified in advance. Lessons will be rescheduled accordingly.
Student Late Arrival
Late arrivals may have their lesson time shortened, depending on availability.
No Shows
Failure to attend a lesson or provide notice will result in the lesson being forfeited. No refunds or reschedules will be given.
